La Bouganville residence is a family run-business that can be found about 400 meters away from the seaside, at Via dei Lecci, 10. It offers quiet and spacious apartments either in front of the pine grove or overlooking Cala Gonone’s limestone mountains and the sea. Free parking is always available and, in addition, 200 meters away from the house, you will find a public park with a wooden playground.

Within 5-10 minutes walk, you can reach the nearest beach: Palmasera, which is wide, comfortable, and close to the most useful services such as bars, restaurants and pizza restaurants, pubs, shops, the pharmacy, the post office, the ATM and the harbour.

The three apartments are either with balcony or terrace, and all with 2 bedrooms, furnished kitchen, bathroom with centralized hot water. Can accommodate two to six people. They are available for long stay bookings from a week or a few days. For groups, or long stay holiday periods, convenient discounts are applied.

Facilities include: free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor furniture to eat outside, barbecue, iron, and ironing board, fan and hair-dryer. Often the bed lines and towels are included in the price. 

The fully modern equipped kitchens are with central gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pots, dishes and utensils, detergents included.

Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise indicated. On request we can provide: beach umbrella, beach towels, high chair, cot, wooden and plastic toys, books for children and in foreign languages are also available.

It is located on the second floor, has a large veranda with windows overlooking the sea, the nice view of the limestone cliffs and the pine forest where the kitchen is located and you can have your meals, without other houses disturbing the view. An area of 88 square meters area it is suitable for groups of 2 up 5 people.

In the fully furnished kitchen with a big table and chairs you can eat having relax, also you can open the big windows having the coolness of the pine forest.

There are two double rooms with the view of the sea and the limestone cliffs: in the largest one there is also an extra single bed, a cot or crib can be added.

The modern bathroom is with comfortable bathtub and shower having the view of the sea and the pine forest.

It is located on the second floor having a nice balcony with the nice view of the limestone cliffs.
An area of over 50 square meters area it is suitable for groups of 2 up 5 people.

The kitchen equipped also with dishwasher has the access to the balcony, partially covered and always appreciated from guest where it is possible to relax and eat outside.

There are two bedrooms, one is double with the access of the balcony, the other one cab be double or with single beds.

Bathroom with large separate shower is in front of the pine forest.

It is located on the first floor, it is characterized by a partially covered large terrace of 40 meters where you can sit, and/or have your meals and relax playing with your children, with a very nice view on the limestone bluffs, a natural amphitheater dominating the whole village of Cala Gonone.
An area of over 50 square meters area it is suitable for groups of 2 up 5 people.

The fully furnished nice kitchen with a washing machine have the access of the spacious terrace equipped with comfortable deckchairs in wood.

There are two double bedrooms or with single beds, in the largest one there is a third bed and you can access the large terrace from.
