The apartment is ideal for families with children or couples who want livable spaces inside the apartment or in the garden outside. The area is very quiet and parking is always available and free. The beach is a five minute walk away.
The apartment is new and functional. Very cool, being on the ground floor, it surrounded by a lush garden where the centuries-old olive tree will provide shade and privacy.
Guests will have an entire apartment of almost 50 square meters plus' a covered veranda of 20 sqm.
By living in the house next door, me and my partner will be happy to assist you for every need and recommend the most 'beautiful place to spend your holiday in Cala Gonone

The Cala Gonone weather, mitigated by the seaproximity, is characterized by mild winters and warm dry summers.
As a result, also because of the shape of the area, it lends itself to various activities related to the sport, the main attraction that captures thousands of tourists each year, followed by crafts and local cuisine.
The characteristic wind of the area is the Mistral, which is manifested by irregular and variable winds gusts, conditioned by the gorges of the mountains in which is channeled and then reflected from the south-east.
