all products are handcrafted, hand-made one by one and with selected raw materials of quality, in order to ensure the flavors and the genuineness of the past.
The 'savoiardi' biscuits, hand-made with the bag as our grandparents used to do;
'su pistiddu', traditional sweet of Dorgali made with cooked wine of grapes and oranges;
'amaretti' made only with Italian almonds, carefully selected..
