The pastry Antiche Tradizioni, located in Dorgali in Via Roma 14, brings the experience of three generations in the craftsmanship of traditional sweets of Dorgali. The choice of raw materials and precise workmanship, strictly by hand, ensure products of unique quality and taste.

Following the tradition of Dorgali, our company has a rich variety of sweets such as 'aranzada', 'gattò' (a crunchy almond), 'pistiddu' of mulled wine and orange rind, soft ladyfingers, 'bianchini' with almonds and lemon, 'papassini', 'amaretti', etc ..

Every occurrence in Dorgali is a unique moment gladdened by a sweet that represent it; we want to live up to the recipes that have been handed down as a sign of authenticity and respect for the taste. Having chosen a hand-crafted, our production is based on quality and not quantity, as it would lose that taste that we strongly tend to defend and present those approaching our products.

The bakery is also enriched with traditional Italian pastries to offer greater variety in the various festivities. For tourists with small baggage we ship the products directly to their home.
